I cannot fault the prompt and efficient service that I received from CoolPro Eaton. Our air-conditioning problem was complex, and they didn't give up until we found a solution.They were very helpful, honest and a pleasure to deal with - I would definitely utilise their service in the future.

Absolutely stellar service I can't fault; My email enquiry was answered first thing the next morning and booked in immediately. Connor was fantastic going out of his way to be quiet whilst my partner slept for night shift and when I mentioned we bought our home without a remote for our wall unit he produced a spare that was programmed on the spot. We have booked a major repair with Cool Pro and will continue to do so - Highly recommended, thanks so much guys

My air-con was leaking water. All company were busy even cool pro but they still come out the next day to fix the problem. I have health issues and rely on my aircon on hot days. Thank you so much.

Had a replacement system installed by CoolPro and could not be happier with the service. Admin was very helpful and the two young guys, Conner and Tom who did the installment were absolute champions. They are very professional, courteous and worked like absolute champions. I would gladly recommend CoolPro and their team to anyone.
